Nowhere to go.

If all schools were to shut down forever, honestly given what you know, what would you do to make living? You are not allowed to depend on your parents or guardians



If that ever happens, it would be tragic. I would have no place to go, go place to live, no one to depend on but myself. I may probably work at my job for awhile but it wouldn't last. I would most liekly to live on the streets. We need education to survive in this world.

Mr Mayo has some creative students.

So I went to Mr. Mayo's site to check out his page which contain some videoes that his students made. Indeeed most of them are creative, but the presentation is pretty weak to me. If only I could understand most of the stories that the kids are saying. The audio needs some work because it's REALLY loud and annoying. Overall, the videos are cute and kid friendly, though I'm not a fan of kid friendly stuff.

Two cities I would like to visit in Pennsylvania

The two cities I would like to visit in Pennsylvania are Harrisburg and Pittsburg. I want to visit Harrisburg Just to see what the captial city is like. I also want to visit Pittsburg just to meet some people I use to know Like Rev.

Music report?

So yeah, I went to check out this Music Report page on myspace. The page looks simple but boring. They have no interesting backround to give the page any life. Well, at least they have some pictures up there, and I believe there music is good. To rap it all up, I would give this page a 2 out of 5. The profile is neat and organized overall but they lack a backround plus I wish they would have pictures of themselves performing at a concert or some event,. Also, I was noticing some weird word coding in there long paragraph, which looks like the pound sign for the Europeaon currentcy. This page would probably only attract audience the people who already know the band for the most part. If I would come across this page, I would ignore it... unless the music was good.

My thoughts on "The Black doll test"

Y'know, after I saw a documentry about this, it brings me back to the day when I went over my aunt's house to visit in New Jersey. My mom saw one of my little cousin's black baby doll and she hates that doll because it looks so ugly and I kinda agree because... it looks ugly. From that moment now , I feel kinda sad now. From what I've seen, black is like the color everyone hates now. the kinda stuff I hear about this makes me want to cry sometimes.

When I think about it more in depth, black is consider evil as everyone said, but I never think of it that way. When I was little, I get sick and tired of people dissing on my favorite color black. "White is so beautiful, so pretty, so innocent...", I heard that in a conversation somewhere, it makes me sick to my stomach. But then I wonder, is that why we as black people been treated differently after all these years? does black ever have to be so... evil?

MY SOUL NEEDS MUSIC!!!!

When my soul needs a lift, I listen to my favorite rapper, MF Doom. My current favorite songs so far are Hoe cakes and Raid, which he did with Madlib. I like MF Doom becase his lyrics are funny and somewhat interesting to listen to. His unique-ness really shines when he spit those lyrics out.

What I learned in English class

For the past few weeks, we were reading up on "The Great Gatsby" and learning the vocabulary from the book. The book is hard for me to understan in the beginning. But yeah, that's what I'm learning in English class.

The advantages of having Myspace/Facebook is that you can re-connect with your friends and chat with them without talking on the phone.

Did Senator Obama hurt his Campaign by amitting that he made bad decisions in high school?

"You know, I made some bad decisions that I've actually written about. You know, got into drinking. I experimented with drugs..."

Senator Obama had a speech in a high school classroom to the students. In his speech he address that he made some bad decisions in highschool, which is directed on the quote above. Now the question is would this Speech affect his presidential campaign? I doubt it in any means. Sure, I would mind him amitting something he did in the past unless it's something serious like killing numerous of people or rape. I would think it would help is election because anybody can say that openly and really it's no suprise, it's kinda common when you talk about something you did in high school to highschool students, You would want to say something to them that can relate. Overall, I think the speech was alright and it won't hurt his campaign at all.
